Intro
CRM software is critical to any business's operations, and Salesforce leads the way in the market. The Salesforce Dashboard provides a summary of lead sources, geographies, close rates, sales pipeline, rep performance, and much more.
Usage
Business questions that can be answered:

Authentication
You need the following to authenticate:

A Salesforce environment to authenticate against (i.e. login.salesforce.com or test.salesforce.com)

Salesforce username
-
Salesforce password
Your instance of Salesforce must include API access or have it enabled separately.
